Minecraft Pocket Edtion Tips #2: Battling Mobs
CREEPERS: Okay, okay, we mentioned these guys last time, but I have developed a amazing way to destroy these stinkers! Charge 'em, retreat, try to get criticals, over and over... Okay, so not so amazing, but it works! Or fire with a bow and collect the spoils of victory!
SPIDER... JOCKEYS: One of the toughest mobs to beat. If Jeb updates them so they can teleport like enderman, they're probably gonna become virtually unbeatable. Still, here we go...
Bring a bow and shoot to kill the skeleton first. Remember to build a makeshift wall you can duck behind! Hit the spider next and you've killed a spider jockey!
ENDERMEN: Pillar up three blocks and stare at an enderman. If it's daylight and the enderman is far away, shoot an arrow at it. The enderman will teleport near your pillar and you can swing your sword for an Ender pearl! I've noticed that after a few swings, you can hear a funny buzzing noise. When the enderman teleports near again, hit it a few more times and get the Ender pearl. I've collected two Ender pearls this way.
SKELETONS: If you only have a sword, your best bet to charge them at full health.
