This thing came out a few weeks ago, but here's some cool stuff about villager trading...

Trade the requested number of emeralds and a compass for a Woodland explorer map (which will lead you to a woodland mansion) or an Ocean explorer map (which will take you to an Ocean Monument).
Fight the Guardians and the Evokers and Vindicators.
